SageAware™ Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to

• Use SageAware to broadcast false, misleading, or unverified emergency information.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its infrastructure, or other accounts.
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute alert data, contact information, or the underlying software.
• Send unsolicited marketing communications through SageAware SMS or email channels.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Enforcement

SageAware LLC may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Report abuse to abuse@getsageaware.com.
