Life-Safety Notification Policy
SageAware will not intentionally suppress qualifying Life-Safety notifications because of messaging allowances or subscription tier.
When a qualifying Life-Safety event is identified, SageAware will attempt delivery through the communication channels configured for the organization and available at the time of the event.
Delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery depends on providers, carriers, internet connectivity, recipient devices, and other external systems outside of SageAware's control.
SageAware supplements — but does not replace — emergency services. Users should always call 911 and follow official emergency instructions.

Service description
SageAware provides informational safety awareness by aggregating official public safety, weather, fire, traffic, and city alerts and matching them to locations organizations choose to monitor.
Acceptable use
Organizations agree to use SageAware in accordance with applicable laws and to make final safety decisions using their own judgment and official guidance.
Limitation of liability
SageAware is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SageAware LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
SMS Terms — SageAware SMS Alerts
Program name: SageAware SMS Alerts. Legal sender: SageAware LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. This is a Twilio SECURITY_ALERT toll-free messaging program. It does not carry marketing, promotional, fundraising, or advertising traffic.
Categories: Recipients independently opt in on the SMS opt-in page to any combination of (a) emergency and life-safety alerts, (b) operational safety updates, and (c) account security messages. Each category is a separate consent; none are preselected or bundled.
Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies based on the categories selected and organization activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using any SageAware product or service.
Opt-out and help: Reply STOP to any SageAware message at any time to unsubscribe from all SageAware SMS. Reply HELP for support contact information, or email support@getsageaware.com. You may also manage or remove preferences from the SMS opt-in page.
Data handling: SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the SMS delivery service provider that transmits messages on SageAware LLC's behalf. Full details are in the Privacy Policy, SMS Policy, and SMS Compliance page.
If SMS consent is withdrawn, SageAware will continue to attempt delivery of qualifying life-safety notifications through email and any other channels you have enabled.
