Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide (name, email, phone number, organization), the addresses and radii you ask us to monitor, and technical metadata (IP address, browser) required to run the service securely.

How we use your phone number and SMS opt-in data

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the SageAware safety text messages you have requested — emergency and life-safety alerts, operational safety updates, and account security messages — through the SageAware SMS Alerts program operated by SageAware LLC.

• SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Phone numbers are used solely for the SMS categories you selected on the SMS opt-in page.
• Phone numbers are shared only with the SMS delivery service provider that transmits your messages on SageAware LLC's behalf, and only for that operational purpose.
• SageAware does not use SMS opt-in data to build advertising audiences and does not license, disclose, or make it available to third parties for their own purposes.

Consent records

When you opt in to SMS, verify a phone number, or withdraw consent, SageAware permanently records the timestamp, IP address, page where the action occurred, browser user agent, the phone number, and the exact consent wording shown. These records are immutable and used only for compliance and dispute resolution.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with vendors strictly needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, error reporting) under written agreements that restrict their use of that data.

Your choices

• You can update your notification channels at any time.
• Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe from texts.
• Email support@getsageaware.com to request access to or deletion of your data.
